Job description:
l Serve as a leader of client engagement teams, participating in financial due diligence engagements related to acquisitions by foreign investors of local and international companies. Conduct financial due diligence/internal review and develop techniques to analyze financial/operational performance results of potential targets companies.
l Attend the meetings with the potential clients and present the services
l Monitor the team on the special cases/projects from the retained clients
l Organize the technical trainings to the team members
l Effectively manage the team and report to senior managers
Qualification:
l A minimum of 6 years Accounting/Audit experience
l Experienced in team management
l Fluent in Mandarin & English – speaking, reading and writing required
l Chinese CPA license is preferred
l Working experience with "Big Four” or consulting companies is preferred
l Strong presentation, project management, and analytical skills are required
l Must be willing and able to travel when necessary
