Home → Opportunities →Job listing Job Listing   Negotiation Director –MNC No.： x3766685 E-mail： hr8@51offer.net.cn Submit Date： 2010-9-1 Location： Shanghai Vacancy： 1 Experience： 10+ Salary Range： Unlimited Job Type： full-time Degree： Bachelor+ Job Description Responsibilities: 1.         Responsible for all the business negotiation and investment negotiation of Group in China and U.S.  2.         Providing commercial support to the Project teams including initiating correspondence， contract notices and variations 3.         Anticipating commercial issues and initiating actions to head-off claims and disputes before they occur 4.         Planning for and key participation in negotiation and settlement of all disputes with customers 5.         Increasing commercial awareness and risk recognition within the project teams 6.         Monitoring compliance with the Contract and ensuring that all subcontracts are administered in accordance with the subcontract and project controls 7.         Maintain and expands relationship with customers  8.         Manages project activities 9.         Develop forecast  10.     Reports on territory project activity to management on a routine basis  11.     Prepare contract with project attorney  Requirements: 1.         Bachelor degree above in commercial or legal, overseas background preferred 2.         Strong experience in successfully negotiating contracts, 5 to 7 years in business development or commercial management  3.         Solid management skills 4.         English language at negotiation level both spoken and written 5.         Experienced user of Microsoft Office programs (including MS Project) 6.         Service minded, flexible and with a high stress threshold
