The responsibilities would include:
1. Management of Chinal sales&marketing team .
2. Increasing sales and maximizing EBIT from sales & marketing operations.
3. Searching for new opportunities to sell office paper(A4 paper)
4. Coordination with all Regional Sales & Marketing Directors.
5. Preparing of budgets and business plans for region.
6. Preparing regular sales forecasts and reports, as required by the Management.
7. Presenting of strategic plans and market reports at global and regional meetings.
8. Increase the brand recognition and reputation of company.
9. Screening and recruiting sales and support staff for the Sales & Marketing Staff.
10. Coaching and mentoring all subordinates in the Sales & Marketing Department.
Requirement::
1.University degree in business or in marketing .
2.Fluent spoken and written English. ;Fluent Chinese (written and spoken).
3.Above 10 years experience in professional sales&marketing to FMCG industrial, with 5+ years of experience managing other sales staff.
4.Excellent presentation skills.
5.Able to cope in a matrix management structure.
6.Entrepreneurial knack to understand the importance of EBIT and not just top line growth.
7.Persistent - interested in a long-term employment opportunity.
