PURPOSE OF JOB
？ Enhance company’s technical capability and service to customers
？ Provide suggestions to management team on continuous improvements of Test Centre operation

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
？ Be the team member during Test Centre set up stage by focusing on test equipment specs selection and equipment installation/commissioning
？ Supervise daily operation of Test Centre with high efficiency and in cost-effective way
？ Supervise subordinate such as engineer and operator
？ Develop/improve TWC engine bench ageing cycle by working closely with customers and JM employees
？ Conform to all health and safety, security and quality systems

PLANNING, ORGANISING AND CONTROLLING
？ Plan Test Centre operation schedule
？ Organize and coordinate work of subordinate such as engineer and operator
？ Control operation/maintenance cost of Test Centre

CONTACT WITH OTHERS
？ Frequent contact with JM Commercial organisation including Application Engineer
？ Frequent contact with other JM domestic and overseas people
？ Contact with customers and equipment suppliers

MAJOR CHALLENGE OF THE JOB
？ Complex knowledge to be learnt in a short period of time
？ Supervision of subordinate such as engineer and operator
？ Coordination of equipment and human resource
？ Travel away from home

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
？ At least 2-3 year working experience at engine/emission lab with supervision level
？ Good knowledge of equipment for engine dyno and CVS lab, and daily operation of engine dyno and CVS labs as
well
？ Good knowledge of technologies of car, gasoline engine, LDD and HDD engine as well as exhaust after-treatment
technologies
？ Good oral/written English skills
