RESPONSIBILITY
1. Be in charge of the whole project management and provide value-added research advice and consultation. From project implementation time line, client briefing, proposal writing, data collection card/discussion guide design, analysis, report writing and presentation
2. Assign work within the team, manage performance of team members, ensure work productivity and develop the team capability
3. Work closely with clients and provide professional client service to maintain a good relationship with the clients and develop new business leads
4. Write the conclusions to clearly and accurately represent the insights of the findings and recommendations
5. Design reports and charts to present easy-to-read and meaningful linkage to conclusions.
6. Train up and manage a team of analysts; take up team duties to ensure project's objectives will be effectively achieved

REQUIRMENT
1. Bachelor degree or above (in relevant major preferred, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or Statistics) MBA is preferable, but not essential
2. Past industry experience of up to 2-5 years with emphasis on Project Management / Strategic planning activities and/or past work in Field Marketing / Market Research / Consulting.
3. Knowledge of FMCG and relevant industry is preferable.
4. Ability to understand client requirements; conceptualize research framework and approach and successfully execute projects within defined timelines
5. A people person who enjoys interacting at all levels and has an eye for detail as well as possesses meticulous organizational and time management skills
6. Good project management, analytical and presentation skills. Team leader with strong problem solving skills and proactive nature.
7. Strong analytical and communications skills, both oral and written (English and Chinese).
8. Optimistic, Diligent, Reliable, Responsible, Pro-active and able to work well under pressure independently
9. Good skill in MS Software(Projects, Excel，Power point), SPSS/SAS is preferable.
