Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Work with WW/local teams to analysis the business requirements and design, develop the solution by leveraging multiple IBM middlewares products and/or third parties products.
Work with the WW/local team leads to drive innovation during the full lifecycle of development
Responsible for the design, coding, unit testing, defect fix, etc

Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Qualification for this position:
At least 3 years software design and development experience.
Strong technical skills in Java/J2EE/Web applications, strong programming skills.
Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
Has strong interest for the new technologies and able to pickup quickly
Good cross-team communication skill and ability to drive to close
Good communication skills in both mandarin and English
Good team player, self-motivated, quick learner
Understand product design methodology
Experience with agile development is a plus
Familiar with IBM Tivoli Service Automation Manager is a strong plus
Familiar with IBM WBM Data Modeling is a plus
Familiar with IBM middleware is a plus
