Job Responsibility:
1. Oversee all aspects of the daily operations including sales, distribution, project management and general administration.
2. Be involved in budgeting, developing business strategies, brand positioning, managing sales performance, product quality, staff development and coaching activities to drive the business profitability.
3. Identify prospects and prospective business partners.
4. Drive effective lead management together with marketing.
5. Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives.
6. Account management and support to consumer projects.
7. Ensure that all excellent sales persons will have career development opportunities at the company while recruiting new sales persons that possess potential to develop.
8. Formulate complete brand development strategies that are in line with company strategies to increase sales and market share.
9. Using market research, market development trends and company’s needs to increase growth, draft an annual market budget, a marketing strategy and brand marketing strategies.
10. Use the annual marketing budget to distribute the brands. Draft complete market expenditure plans in order to support outstanding annual sales achievements and reaching targeted market share goals.
11. Draft a complete ATL/BTL scheme, plan and organize advertisements that would be known country-wide to effectively inform and educate the consumers, increase sales, arranging sample display and PR activities. Supervise and urge development in the branding market activity. Estimate the outcome of these activities.
12. Conform existing company resources, perfect all brands’ VI, supervise activities that will publicize brand, focusing on consistency and unity, insuring excellent company image.
13. Layout and affirm sales options, packaging plan directions, product patterns, product profits, product pricing and profits & losses.
14. Draft SKU to preserve and/or remove standards according to the periodic REVIEW of the current SKU.
15. Establish brand capital, brand image, brand recognition, brand satisfaction. Keep track of brand ratings and target goals for advancement.
16. To determine the competitor’s brand specifications, quality, prices, sales strategies by using the analysis of consumer behavior.
17. Interview the market while understanding consumer dynamics and trends concerning the market for paper that is used daily.
18. Liaise and cooperate with the market research manager, market implementation manager and the TM managers country-wide. Identify all orientations and effective market activities while avoiding wasting resources.
Job Requirements:
1. At least 10 years experience in Sales & marketing and 3 years in management level.
2. Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
3. Good interpersonal skills
4. Proven track record in sales. |
