全国风险防范经理NATIONAL RISK PREVENTION MANAGER

§      与门店风险防范经理一起处理全国安全事件Control the national security issues working with the stores Risk Prevention chiefs

工作职责Roles and responsibilities
主要职责Main Responsibilities

 
§      将风险防范有关内容传达给门店消防经理—全国范围Transmit Risk Prevention concepts to Stores Chiefs – National
§      监督风险防范团队在每个门店的工作情况并提出合理建议以改善风险防范的运行操作 Monitor the Risk Prevention team work in each store and suggest improvements in Risk Prevention operations
§      经常巡店,依据风险防范程序检查风险防范团队的工作情况Visit the stores frequently, verify the work performed by the Risk Prevention team and compliance with Risk Prevention procedures
§      分析高风险数据以达到在操作领域技术最优化及人员最佳配置Analyze high risk data to optimize technical and human resources allocation together the Operations Area
§      依据门店需要及风险防范要求研制行动方案Develop action plans based on store needs and Risk Prevention indicators
§      确保风险防范团队各级别都有适当的培训Guarantee appropriate level of training for the Risk Prevention team
§      及时更新安全设备技术Keep up-to-date and informed about all security equipment technology
§      监管安全设备供应商所提供的服务Monitor the level of service provided by security equipment suppliers
§      确保报警系统,防盗系统及CCTV的运作正常Ensure alarms, EAS and CCTV systems are operating
§      监控并处理意外事件,必要时采取行动Interpret and monitor incidents resolution and take actions when necessary
§      参加风险防范人员的招聘及挑选Participate in recruitment and selection for the area
§      监督,协调,指导及激励团队Supervise, coordinate, guide and motivate the team under responsibility
§      确定门店是否需要新的风险防范装置Identify needs for new Risk Prevention equipment in Stores

§      相关专业本科或以上学历Bachelor degree or above in relevant major
语言能力Language
 
§      熟练掌握英语Command of both the English Language

操作方面(风险防范团队)Interface with Operations 
 
§      评价第一线人员的工作表现,包括所提供的服务,程序及培训。Review the level of service provided, procedures, training and awareness for operational staff

固定资产方面Interface with Real State
 
§      卖场的规划,门店及配送中心的防盗及安全设备的需求  Real Estate: layout, Store and Distribution Center physical protection requirements
§      人力资源方面  Interface with Human Resources
§      员工的招聘及挑选;员工职业生涯的发展;为招聘所需提供帮助Personnel recruitment and selection; personnel development, support to identify hiring requirements

法律方面Interface with Legal
 
§      当法律部需要时提供相关信息及需要的文档Support the Legal by providing the relevant information and documentation whenever necessary

成功指标Success Indicators
 
§      损耗的依据Loss indicators
§      程序执行的程度Level of compliance to procedures
§      其他部门对于风险防范部门的满意度Level of internal client satisfaction
